Location. The Fairmont Dallas is located in the arts district of downtown Dallas, Texas, one-half mile from the Dallas Convention Center, the John F. Kennedy Memorial Plaza and The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. The Dallas Museum of Art is one block from this high-rise hotel and the Dallas World Aquarium is one-quarter mile away. The seasonal Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is less than six miles from the property.
Hotel Features. A marble column and granite lobby greets visitors to this luxurious and vibrant hotel, emphasizing the rich and authentic local Texas features. Fully redesigned in 2008, the Pyramid Restaurant and Bar’s décor evokes a sophisticated glamour with a color palette in rich earth tones with accents of polished metal and dark mahogany flooring. Organic wood sculptures decorate the room and an artistic interpretation of a centuries-old, crosscut tree welcomes guests inside the foyer. With seating for 110, the restaurant also features a private dining room with additional seating for up to 44 and an exclusive Chef’s Tasting Room seating ten to sixteen. A Starbucks café and a lobby bar are also on the property. Seasonal poolside food-and-beverage services are available on the fourth-floor terrace, also the location of the hotel's outdoor rooftop pool overlooking the downtown Dallas skyline. Meeting space within the hotel totals over 73,000 square feet and can accommodate gatherings of up to 1,400 guests, in venues such as the International Ballroom, the famed Venetian Room and smaller venues like the Director's Room. The hotel's state-of-the-art fitness center features free weights, eliptical fitness cross trainers, stationary bikes, treadmills, and upper/lower body training stations.

Guestrooms. The Fairmont Dallas' 545 guestrooms have rich, warm decor with bold accents, and overlook skyline views of Dallas.
